I Am Good Enough® Self-compassion group for Aalto University students

In our events, we are committed ɫɫÀ² University’s principles for a safer space.

This group focuses on building self-compassion, while nurturing your self-understanding, recovery, and holistic wellbeing. Through discussions and practical exercises, we explore themes such as

  • Harmful self-criticism
  • Tender yet fierce self-compassion
  • Embodiment and stress recovery 

Group meetings: 6 sessions: Mondays 2.11.–14.12. at 14–16 (break on 7.12.)

Facilitators: Self-compassion expert Saara Ahtola (HelsinkiMissio, Crisis Services for Youth) & Aalto Chaplain Kristiina Huotari

Participation in the group requires a sufficiently stable life situation. 

To ensure that we form a suitable group, we will have individual meetings with those who register before the group starts. The maximum group size will be 9 students.
