Short interruptions in the operation of access tags and doors

The system update will cause short interruptions in the operation of access control tags and doors on Otaniemi campus during week 51 (16.-20.12.2024). During these short service breaks, the tag readers will not be in use and some doors will be inaccessible. You will be able to exit the buildings at all times.

Interruptions in the operation of access tag readers last from a few seconds to a few minutes per door from 16 to 20 December 2024 (week 51). During the service break, you cannot enter through the door. There will be one short interruption per door during week 51. After the update, the tag and reader will work normally and no action will be required from the tag user.

You can always exit the buildings, both in normal access and through the emergency exits.
