Registration for Open University’s summer studies begins 15 April

Check out our summer study programme and sign up for courses!  The Open University offers summer studies in all three fields: business, art and technology. You can also study languages at the Open University in the summer. Teaching is organised mainly from the beginning of May to the beginning of September. There are no courses in July. Click here to access the Open University summer study programme (Select "Summer" in the course menu):

Available courses will be published online by 1 March 2020 at the Open University course list page. Registration starts on 15 April. After 1 March, new courses may still appear on the course list.

Sarah Asfar, who plays badminton at a competitive level, studies Energy and Mechanical Engineering at Aalto University. What particularly interests her about the field is its relevance to the future and the practical nature of the studies. The flexibility of the program has allowed Sarah to pursue elite sports and part-time work alongside her studies.

Aalto University has admitted 2053 new students to its bachelor's programs conducted in Finnish or Swedish. New students were also selected via the open university pathway and transfer application.
