What is Multifactor Authentication?

Multifactor Authentication (MFA, 2FA) is a method of confirming user’s identity with two or more pieces (mobile app) of evidence when signing on to a system or a service.

What do the students need to do?

Download the Microsoft Authenticator application to your smart phone, and register it with your phone number or email address. Please read further information on Multifactor Authentication and using the app. If you cannot utilize the application, please read about alternative authentication methods.
