Break Pro -break exercise program adds movement to the day – more videos available now!

The 2024 updated version has lots of new features and break exercise videos - so it is worth to download the new version for your wellbeing!

Did you know that even a short break for exercise improves concentration, thinking, creativity and learning? Break Pro break exercise program helps you to add movement to your day and reminds you to take breaks from work and sitting at the desk.

More than 160 videos and new functions!

Break Pro includes more than 160 short exercise videos to help you to take breaks from working. From different categories you can choose the ones you like best and focus the exercise to your needs, for example to neck and shoulder area. As a new feature in Break Pro, you’ll find videos for face exercise and physical work. 

You can set up Break Pro to remind you of the breaks and do the exercise when it suits you the best. The program offers multiple language options, for example English, Finnish and Swedish and many others. 

How to get started

Break Pro program is available for all students and staff members at the university, without extra costs. The program can be downloaded to mobile devices from the application stores or to computers on breakpro.fi/en/download. Log in to the program by entering your university e-mail address.
