Arabia Campus Library services after closure
Arabia Campus Library will close on Fri 30.9. 4pm.
Learning Hub Arabia will open for Aalto University customers on Mon 24.10. 11am.
Services and collections during the closure 1.‒ 23.10.
- Databases, e-journals and e-books (remote use)
- Ask an Information Specialist online service
- Meet an Information Specialist, appointments with web form:
- Research Guides for supporting self-study
- Information skills training
- Aalto Direct service for staff
No pick-up point for reservations during the three week closure. Materials are delivered directly to staff offices!
- Returns box available as usual outside the Arabia Campus Library main entrance
(Hämeentie 135 A, 3rd floor). Items returned to the returns box are returned promptly and no fines are charged
Other closure information 1.–23.10.:
- Printed materials are not available as they are packed into boxes and Arabia collection information is transferred into Alli database during the closure. The collections are available again when the Learning Centre opens 31.10.
- Due dates are for 8.11.
- New reservations cannot be made between 19.9. – 23.10. If the reserved material does not arrive before 30.9., the reservations can be picked up from Learning Hub Arabia after opening in 24.10.
