Nominate your choice for the Award for Quality Teaching

Last year Professor Matti Lehtonen received the award for inspiring teaching based on nominations.
Award for Quality Teaching

The School of Electrical Engineering is committed to support students’ learning as well as possible. Have you encountered someone who has supported, inspired or motivated you or someone else to learn or study especially well? Reveal this person! What did they do?

Again, we are looking for a person or group, a teacher, tutor, teaching assistant, academic advisor, person from the administration, anyone. Their title does not matter, but their deed does. We want to identify and give recognition to good deeds and reward the doers.

Nominate this person or group by 31.5.2024 via this e-form:

Any member of staff or student from the Aalto ELEC community can make the nomination. You can have several people behind the nomination, whose names must be included in the nomination. Aalto ELEC’s Quality of Education Committee (QEC) will not disclose the authors of the nomination.

The QEC will process the nominations, evaluate in particular the justifications, and select the recipient(s) of the award.

The award will be given at the Dean’s Coffee in autumn 2024.
