Your programme and school LES team will be able to help with various everyday situations. You can also get advice and support by discussing with colleagues, your supervisor, programme director and head of major (without compromising student privacy).

You will discuss competence development in the MyDialogue discussion with your supervisor. We have vast training and other opportunities for competence development. In addition to your supervisor, you can turn to HR for information on competence development.

Support for your well-being and work ability
Your general well-being creates the foundation for well-being at work and goal attainment. You should discuss matters influencing your well-being regularly with your supervisor, especially if you have any concerns. You can also contact HR or have a look at the Wellbeing at work sites.

Are you worried about a student’s well-being?
You can talk about your concerns with the student and refer the student to other services. You can also get support from your school’s LES team, the Starting Point of Wellbeing and the study psychologists.
