Starting Point is a low-threshold service for students. The service offers general guidance and helps students find the right support services.
About the service
Starting Point offers student services without appointments. We help students with multiple matters such as:
- Annual enrolment and AYY membership
- Certificates (certificate of attendance, transcript of records)
- Readmission guidance
- Personal information updates in Sisu
- General course enrolment support
- HSL discount and Kela meal subsidy cards
- Certified copy of an electronic degree certificate
- NB! Please order the certified copy by email before visiting the service desk
