Using content templates for content creation
Content templates are ready-made templates that contain the most important components along with tips on how to use them. When using a template to create a new page, all you need to do is fill your own content into the pre-set components. Pages created using the content templates can still be freely edited, meaning that you can delete any of the pre-set components and add new ones as needed.
To use a content template, hover over the 'Content' tab, select 'Add content' and then 'From template'. Select the right template based on the content you are creating. For example, if you want to create an event page, choose an event template. When you click on 'Create content from this template', you are directly taken into the Drupal editing mode where you can add your own text and images to the page. Pages created with templates can be edited just like any other page.

How to create a page using a content template
- First navigate to the 'Content' tab, select 'Add content' and then 'From template'.
- Select the right template for the content you are creating.
- Click on ‘Create content from this template’.
- Edit the page as normal: add metadata, text and images to the template. Add and delete components as needed.
- Remember to check that all the pre-set instructions have been replaced with your own text.
- When the page is ready, remember to save and publish it as normal.
