Student: Give your feedback on the usability of Aalto Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

A new feedback survey has just been opened to collect students' experiences on the usability of Aalto multifactor authentication (MFA). The results of the previous survey helped Aalto's IT services improve multifactor authentication.

Give your feedback and help us further develop multifactor authentication!

Last year, Aalto IT services received feedback that for students, the usability of Aalto's multifactor authentication (MFA) was not ideal. Based on the feedback, we were able to develop the MFA service. Since August 2025, students have needed to authenticate less frequently with MFA ɫɫÀ²'s services.

Now it is time to hear your experiences on the usability of MFA once again. Your insights are valuable in helping us improve this essential security service.

Please take the time to share your valuable observations at . The results of the survey will be analysed and summarised, shared with students through a news update in the Student Guide, and the service will be further developed based on the feedback.

Answer the survey and help us improve your MFA experience. Together, we can ensure that our systems are both secure and user-friendly.
