Sisu’s study planning functions redesigned
Sisu’s Timeline and Structure of studies views have been upgraded in order to better meet the requirements for accessibility. For making your study plan, you can choose either the new view or the current one. Please note: some functions will be unavailable at first in the new view, so you will need to use the currently existing view for those.
Structure of studies view
As before, your study plan will be based on your own degree programme. The new view will allow you to manage the contents in a selection window and confirm the changes by saving. In the current view, edits are made in the side menu and saving occurs automatically. Your study plans will remain the same in both views, and no information will be lost.
In 2026, the revised Structure of studies view will replace the current view. We encourage you to try out the new view and give us feedback on it! Instructions on the new Structure of studies view will be published in December.
Timeline view
The timeline view has been completely revised and the old view has been removed. The timelines you have made will be preserved and shown right away in the new view.
You can use the timeline function to schedule your courses, putting the courses in your study plan into the different periods. The timing template of your degree programme is useful for doing this. Instructions on using Sisu’s timeline functions for scheduling courses will be published in December.
