Nomination of candidates for the Health Act of the Year and Health Innovation of the Year

The registration for the competition closes on 15th November.

Health Awards competition looks for an act or innovation that has impacted or will significantly and positively impact the lives, health and wellbeing of ordinary Finnish people. The registration for the competition closes on 15th November.

A Health Act and a Health Innovation of the Year will be awarded. Each winner will receive a prize of 5000 euros. When choosing the winners, the judges will emphasize the impact of the health act or health innovation to the life, health and wellbeing of an ordinary citizen. An organization, educational institution or a private person can participate in the competition. Anybody can nominate an act or an innovation through .

Health Awards is organized in co-operation with different actors in the healthcare industry. The main organizer is Tamro. Co-operation partners include e.g. Pharma Industry Finland, the Finnish Medical Association, the Association of Finnish Pharmacies, Hintsa Performance and the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation.

The winners will be awarded in the Health Awards & Foresight Forum 2017 event on 26th January 2017.
