Feedback or development ideas related to facility cleaning? Use the eSupport channel!

An eSupport form can be used for giving feedback on cleaning starting from 4 January 2018.

The form can be found or from Inside at .

Following the migration to the eSupport system, the service address siivous@list.aalto.fi will no longer be used as of the end of March 2018. In the future, feedback will be primarily received via the eSupport form.

eSupport facilitates the systematic processing of the feedback received and the monitoring of the feedback processes. All the feedback and development suggestions received will be carefully reviewed together with our new service provider (Palmia) that started at the turn of the year.
