Effect of the strike on 14 December on exams and student services

If the public transport strike takes effect as planned on Thursday 14 December, it will stop practically all public transport and make it difficult to get to the campuses.

Any final or mid-term examinations scheduled for Thursday will be take place as planned.  Students who are unable to take part in a final or mid-term examination due to the strike will have a chance to attend a make-up examination later on. The schedules will be confirmed later. Any supervision or assessment appointments or similar meetings scheduled for Thursday may be held as agreed between the parties, either remotely or on campus.

The core student services, such as the Learning Centre, the Starting Point service desk and the Starting Point of Wellbeing, will be open as usual.
