Spring term open science highlight: Aalto Open Science Award Ceremony
We gathered at A Grid to celebrate the awardees of the Aalto Open Science Award 2024 and discuss open science topics with the Aalto community.

The first professorship in radio engineering started in Finland exactly 100 years ago. Instead of August 2024, the celebrations will take place in January 2025 at the Winter Satellite Workshop, the largest new space event in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Emeritus Professor Raimo Kantola focused in his last years as professor especially on 5G development and cyber security. He passed away unexpectedly at the age of 69 on 26 August 2024.
