Preparing curricula 2026–2028: assess the programme and create a development plan. Agree on teaching collaboration across schools and units during spring
The preparation of curricula for the academic years 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 has started in programmes and departments in each school. In August at the latest, all programs should have set development objectives and a plan for their implementation, as well as a draft of the purpose of the program's as well as learning outcomes. Updating the programme description for prospective applicants is also topical, and if significant changes are planned in the programme, they should be reflected in the description.
Decline in reported harassment and inappropriate conduct
The number of cases involving staff slightly decreased in 2024. We continue to actively work towards a safe and respectful university community.

New Aalto questions will be implemented in course feedback on August 1, 2025
On August 1, 2025, new Aalto-level course feedback questions, known as Aalto questions, will be implemented at Aalto University. These new questions will completely replace the existing Aalto questions.
