This session aims to share practical, constructive approaches to helping doctoral students build independence and agency throughout their research journey. Through peer discussion, we will explore supervision as a constructive, two-way process and gather practical ideas such as best practices for making advising hours productive - within the context of Aalto’s supervision practices.
