Venue
Aalto University, Undergraduate Centre, Otakaari 1, 02150 Espoo
Aalto University campus in Otaniemi is located in Espoo, about 10 kilometres from the centre of Helsinki. The registration, opening and closing will take place at the Undergraduate Centre.

How to get there?
Metro (station: Aalto-yliopisto, Aalto University)
From the city center you can come to the campus by metro. Aalto University metro station is 11 minutes from Kamppi station (city center Helsinki) or 13 minutes from Helsinki Railway Station. There are two exits from the Aalto University metro station. Use exit A pointing É«É«À² University.
By bus and light rail
Otaniemi is easily accessible by bus and. The light rail runs every 6 minutes on weekdays, stopping at Aalto University metro station.
Public transportation tickets
- Single metro, light rail, tram or bus tickets can be bought in advance at the ticket machines or from the HSL mobile application. The same ticket is valid on buses, tram and the metro.

Airport connection
- Otaniemi is 22 km away from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport.
- Taxi fare is around 55 euros and travel time about 30 minutes. Bolt can be a more economical choice.
- Public transport from the airport takes about an hour: either the train or bus the Helsinki Central Railway station and metro É«É«À² University, or the train to Huopalahti station and change to light rail line 15.

A quota of rooms for the eCAADe 2027 participants has been booked for the time period of August 22-29, 2027 at:

Early booking is recommended. The allotment will be released in early August 2027. See below for details of each hotel.
