TiLA!
TiLA! is a community workspace for artists and creative‑industry entrepreneurs.
Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, you can send a message to luovatila@aalto.fi.
To rent a studio or desk at Tila, you must have a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus) operating in the creative industries (as defined by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment). Tenants must have a clean credit record. We’re looking for tenants who want to be part of Tila’s creative community, contribute to it and develop their entrepreneurship and business.
There are no set opening hours. The door is generally locked and entry requires separate access rights. Once granted, you can access the premises 24/7.

Open-plan office area
- Hot desk (right to use any available desk): €50 per person per month
- Fixed desk (your own dedicated desk): €80 per person per month
Private rooms
- Approx. 400 m² of rentable space in total: €9 per m² per month
- Approx. 16 rooms, 14–50 m²: €126–€450 per month
