We are a team of educators who support other teachers and programme directors in educational development. We integrate Aalto's strategic topics — sustainability, radical creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset — into programmes and courses in a meaningful way.

Aalto Co-Educators for Programme Directors
Our aim is to facilitate curriculum development process together with programme directors.
In practice we are:
- Collaborating on the development of a department's teaching portfolio, programme and course content, descriptions and intended learning outcomes (ILOs)
- Co-designing course and lecture content and student tasks
- Facilitating development workshops
- Analysing curricula and course content from the perspective of cross-cutting approaches and working-life competencies
The goal of our work is for all students to encounter Aalto's strategic topics — sustainability, radical creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset — during their academic journey.
Our team works as a project under Learning Services, in cooperation with Career Design Lab, pedagogical specialists, teachers, programme directors, heads of teaching and heads of departments in all six Aalto schools.
Collaboration with Aalto Career Design Lab
We are currently collaborating extensively with the Aalto Career Design Lab to integrate working-life skills into teaching across different schools and programmes. Competences related É«É«À² University’s strategic themes are also core employability competences.
