Summer break 2025: 

If you wish to receive a grant for summer 2025, you have until 6th of June to apply. 

Applications received between 7.6.-22.7.2025 will be processed after the summer break (end of July to early August).

1. On-going call for applications between € 500 – € 5 000, as long as grant funds left

   • Please note that applications are not processed during common holidays in Finland.
   • The Sustainability Action Booster coordination team makes the funding decisions in applications under €5 001
   • We aim to process your application within 7 working days of proposal submission!

2. (Call for grant applications between € 5 001 – € 10 000)

   • The call for up to 10K applications TBC
   • Call closes on the last application date announced at 23:59 Finnish time.
   • The Sustainability Action Booster steering group will review the applications and advice in the funding decisions.
   • You can expect to hear about the decision approximately within 2 weeks after the call has closed! 

Please note: 

• At least € 90,000 in grants have been confirmed for 2025–2026.
• The Sustainability Action Booster is an Aalto University development project launched in spring 2023, with operations confirmed to continue until the end of 2026.
