A lot of women struggle to take up space and get their voices heard. Female founders might lack confidence when pitching their ideas, and many women in business wish they had training in presenting themselves and their work. This project, led by Wednesday, offers a free public speaking course for anyone in need of coaching.

The program begins with an open introductory workshop for anyone interested in public speaking. After that, the 10 most motivated participants will be selected through a fair application process to take part in a three-session course. The course includes workshops with different themes, group activities, and more personal support to help participants reach their public speaking goals. It ends with a final showcase where participants give a short speech on stage in front of an audience.

The audience will also have the opportunity to vote for one speaker to perform at the Crush Movement Open Mic event in May. All program participants will receive a ticket to the event (valued at over €140). While the program is open to everyone, the content is especially designed to support women and non-binary individuals in the business world, where being taken seriously and heard can often be more difficult.
