Pondering what your dream future entails? Come craft it into reality at Starting Point of Wellbeing on Tuesday afternoons in May. 

WHERE? SPW (Y199c, Otakaari 1)
WHEN? 9.5., 16.5., 23.5. & 30.5.
WHAT TIME? 14:00-16:00 (You can drop in any time during the time slot.)

ORGANISERS: Starting Point of Wellbeing & wellbeing ambassadors

MyCourses self-study material  are used to support reflection on career-related themes such as personal values. Creative materials such as hand sewing and drawing materials, papers and images will be provided and you can also bring materials for your own use or for sharing. 

You can either come by yourself or with a friend and you don’t have to share what you are working on with others. Please be mindful of others’ space and time <3

Starting Point of Wellbeing

The Starting Point of Wellbeing offers students easy access to counselling and advice on matters of well-being and study ability. The services available to you include drop-in (no reservation) advising/counselling sessions, peer support groups, and online materials. You can also make an appointment to receive individual counselling.

Learning new things continues after graduation

Aalto graduates’ transition to working life and their experience of studies and careers are monitored annually through a career monitoring survey. The responses to the survey provide important information about the work life of graduates, both for current students and for young people considering their future studies. In addition, the information collected is used to develop Aalto University’s teaching and services.
