The digital revolution in working life brings with it new requirements for ongoing development of skills and knowledge. ICT has, in practice, spread to all spheres of work, and AI is bringing changes to many professions.

FITech, coordinated by Aalto University, is responding to this challenge and offering courses free of charge from seven of the university’s technological fields. The studies can be taken alongside one's work and cover fields such as programming, artificial intelligence, machine learning and digitalisation. A total of 150 courses are an offer.

This free questionnaire tool it is also suitable for use by companies and organisations. Using the Big pICTure questionnaire, the company can gain an understanding of the level of different kinds of ICT skills among it personnel and then, if needed, focus in skill development on just the right areas. The questionnaire can also be repeated on an annual basis.
