Who to become the School of Science Alumnus of the Year 2016? Make your own suggestion!

Now it´s time to nominate the Alumnus of the Year at the School of Science.

The Aalto University School of Science Alumnus of the Year award is granted for pioneering and exceptional work, social impact and/or efforts to increase the visibility of the School of Science. Moreover, the individual chosen as Alumnus of the Year is hoped to act in the role of promoting interaction between his or her own field and the School of Science.

In 2016, special emphasis will be placed on academic excellence.

by filling a form from here.

Nominations for the Alumnus of the Year are invited from the staff, students and alumni of the School of Science. In addition, joint nominations by departments, institutes and guilds of the School are mostly welcomed! Based on the nominations, the candidate who is considered to best fulfil the criteria cited will be chosen. The person in question will be informed of the selection by the end of June. The Alumnus of the Year award will be presented at a special event to be organized by the School of Science during the fall term.
