Meet the candidates for academic committees

Elections will be organised for the committees of the University and Aalto ENG in the group “other staff” between 11 and 17 October.

The nomination of candidates for the academic committees has ended. Members of staff belonging to the group other teaching and research personnel and other staff will vote electronically for the members of the University Academic Affairs Committee and the members of the Academic Committee of the School of Engineering between 11 and 17 October. In the other five schools (Aalto ARTS, Aalto BIZ, Aalto CHEM, Aalto ELEC and Aalto SCI), the number of candidates was not higher than the number of seats in the committee, so all the candidates will be elected.

The group professors will elect the new members to the committees from the Professors’ Council.

The names of the candidates for the Aalto University Academic Affairs Committee and the Academic Committee of the School of Engineering have been published . In the elections, all members of the Aalto community who belong to the group other teaching and research personnel and other staff can vote for the members of the University’s committee. In the School of Engineering, those who belong to the group other teaching and research personnel and other staff can vote for the members of the school’s committee.

Everyone eligible to vote will receive the instructions for voting electronically in their work email.
