Dr. Maja Vuckovac receives 2018 Exerowa-Platikanov Award
Dr. Vuckovac has been granted the Exerowa-Platikanov Award for best oral presentation at the European Colloid and Interface Society (ECIS) annual conference 2018.

Dr. Vuckovac presented novel methodological research on wetting characterisation and mapping using scanning droplet adhesion microscopy. This cutting-edge technique is being developed by Dr. Vuckovac and colleagues in the Soft Matter and Wetting research team, led by Prof. Robin Ras, at Aalto University's Department of Applied Physics, in collaboration with the Robotic Instruments group of Prof. Quan Zhou.
