Call for two Assistant Professors in Computational Physics
The Department of Applied Physics at Aalto University School of Science invites applications for two Assistant professor positions in Computational Physics.

The Department is looking to fill out its ranks with two additional Assistant Professor positions in Computational Physics!
The positions are closely tied with two of the Departments key areas. They are:
- Condensed matter, including quantum, magnetic and photonic materials.
- Soft materials, including active and living matter.
We open to a wide variety of computational methodologies, including atomistic, molecular and mesoscale level particle-based techniques, continuum modeling, statistical approaches and machine learning.
If you are a interested, highly qualified expert with demonstrated outstanding research in either of the two areas, read more here: /en/open-positions/assistant-professors-computational-physics
Apply by December 31st, 2024 to be a part of a prolific and innovative physics community!
