ACME at Unite! Research School 2026
The international l brought together early-career researchers from across the Unite! university network to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, research communication, and academic development.
The programme combined expert lectures, transferable-skills training, networking sessions, industry perspectives, research infrastructure visits, and team-based case studies. Through these activities, participants explored how doctoral researchers can contribute to research and innovation across disciplines, while developing skills needed for collaborative and impactful academic careers.
For ACME, the participation provided an opportunity to connect with researchers from different European universities and to exchange ideas across fields such as energy transition, enabling technologies, digitalisation, and sustainable innovation. The experience supports ACME鈥檚 broader aim to build international research networks and strengthen doctoral training in atomic layer deposition, thin films, and energy materials.
