Aalto participating in the energy saving week 9-15 October
The aim of the week is to stimulate discussion about ways to make energy consumption efficient as well as to achieve savings in workplaces, schools, businesses and at home too.
Participate on the week's events at Aalto:
- Seminar on energy efficiency (9 October, 9:30-12:00, Dipoli, Palaver seminar room)
Aalto organises a TrafficSense seminar presenting research on transport energy efficiency.
- The Energy Forum lecture series presents the future of the energy sector
The top-level lecture series covering the whole autumn presents views of the key players in Finland's energy sector on the energy systems of the future, the present situation, as well as visions and solutions. One of the lectures takes place during the energy savings week (Thursday 12 October at 16.15–18.00, Dipoli).
- Sustainable development on campus (13 October, 13.00–14.00, Otakaari 1, Deloitte hall)
Aalto University’s changing campus emphasises energy efficiency. Come and meet Aalto CRE’s and Aalto’s joint sustainable development team and hear about topics such as Dipoli’s energy solutions and other energy saving projects on the campus.
