The ICT group works to ensure the functionality of IT services in the School of Electrical Engineering and discusses current issues together with Aalto University IT services.

The aim of the ICT group is to act as a communication and information distribution channel between Aalto's IT services and the school, to ensure that IT services are functioning in the school, and to highlight, discuss and monitor the technical needs of schools, several schools or the entire university. Topics covered in the ICT group include, among others, the quality of IT services, IT problems, and development. New IT services are also discussed and demonstrated in the ICT groups.

The ICT group consists of representatives from the School of Electrical Engineering and departments. If you would like to raise something on the agenda, please contact your department representative or the group chair. However, please handle urgent bug reports and service requests normally via ServiceDesk.
