The solution combines the ability of large language models to interpret medical knowledge with the precise, explainable reasoning of logic-based AI.
The research demonstrates that clinical guidelines can be efficiently converted into high-quality rule models without extensive manual programming. This accelerates the development of clinical decisionsupport systems, improves their maintainability, and supports the digital transformation of healthcare in a safe and transparent manner.
