AI is changing how we work—but what does it mean for how we lead, collaborate, learn, and connect with one another? As organizations increasingly turn to AI to improve productivity and decision-making, there is a growing need to ensure that technology strengthens rather than replaces the human qualities that make work meaningful: trust, empathy, creativity, learning, and a sense of belonging. This project explores how AI can become a partner in developing better leadership, stronger teams, and more sustainable ways of working, particularly in hybrid and digital workplaces.

Working together with Finnish organizations, we develop and test human-centered AI approaches that put people and relationships at the heart of technological change. These include AI-supported leadership development, Digital TeamTwins that help teams understand and improve their dynamics, and NextGenAI, an AI coach supporting early-career professionals in learning, knowledge sharing, and career development. By combining research with practical experimentation, the project will provide organizations and leaders with new tools and insights for navigating the AI-powered workplace—helping people and organizations become more innovative, adaptable, connected, and resilient. Our goal is simple: to shape a future of work where AI enhances human potential rather than diminishing it.
