Relativity Collective is a new pan-European entrepreneurship initiative bringing together Europe鈥檚 most ambitious students at a formative moment in their founder journeys. The program is built on a simple idea: ambition grows through proximity, and when the right people meet early, new possibilities emerge.

Aalto Founder School has joined the founding team of Relativity Collective to support students who aim to build bold, high-impact companies within the next two years. Each cohort brings together a small, carefully selected group from leading European universities for an intensive, in-person experience designed to spark trust, collaboration, and long-term founder relationships.

Applications for the first cohort are now open.

About Relativity Collective:

What is Relativity Collective?

Relativity Collective is a highly selective pan-European entrepreneurship program for 25鈥30 ambitious students from top universities. The program focuses on early-stage company building, peer learning, and long-term collaboration across borders.

Initial hubs include: Aalto Founder School (Espoo), CDTM (Munich, Valencia), ETH AI Center (Zurich), KTH Innovation (Stockholm), TUM (Munich, Heilbronn), University of Oxford EnSpire (Oxford).

What is the core experience?

At the heart of the program is a three-day, all-expenses-paid, in-person gathering where the full cohort comes together. This is where strong pan-European relationships are formed, co-founder dynamics emerge, and the collective identity takes shape.

Why should you apply?

By joining a small, driven cohort, participants gain proximity to ambition that expands what feels possible. The program is designed to challenge, support, and accelerate students who are serious about building.

By spending quality, in-person time with your peers we KNOW you will maximize your potential.

Who can apply?

Eligibility criteria are enrollment in a BSc, MSc, or PhD at Aalto University and the intention to start a highly ambitious company within the next 18鈥24 months

Students are selected based on a short application and get chosen for their etrepreneurial ambition and overall talent.

What's the application timeline?

Appliations open: 8th January 2026

Applications close: 14th February 2026

Program dates for the first cohort: 11-13th March 2026
