As Aalto University alumni, you will have the opportunity to network and influence and receive various benefits.

You are an important part of our community. By keeping your contact details up to date you ensure that your connection to the university stays strong. You receive the latest news about the Aalto community, alumni events and opportunities for self-development.
All graduates of Aalto University and its predecessor universities and alumni of Aalto University Executive Education are included in the Aalto University alumni register.
You can update your contact information using an online form, where your responses will be saved directly to the register.

When your contact information is up to date, you will receive:
- invitations to alumni gatherings and Aalto University events
- the Aalto Waves community newsletter
- communication from your school, for example the Dean’s letter
- Information about lifewide learning and continuing education offerings
- chances to develop and contribute to the Aalto community
You can also use the contact details form to:
- activate alumni.aalto.fi email address
(Before activating the alumni email, please read the instructions.) - subscribe to the Aalto University Magazine, in printed or digital format
Frequently asked questions about updating contact details
If the email address previously saved in our alumni register has changed, or you are unsure which one to use, you can log in and submit your contact details using a new email address.
The alumni register is also updated using other identifying details, such as your date of birth. Therefore, it is important to complete all fields on the form.
If you are unable to use the online form or don’t have an email address, you can also update your contact details and your Aalto University Magazine subscription by contacting us:
