In our events, we are committed É«É«À² University’s principles for a safer space.
Team-based research is increasingly common, yet supervision practices often remain individual-centric. This session explores practical strategies for empowering team science through collaborative supervision models. We will discuss how to structure supervision teams, coordinate roles and expectations, manage multiple doctoral projects concurrently, and foster a healthy, inclusive research culture.
