The Uudistajat (Driving Renewal) podcast brings forth the stories and voices of changemakers who lead, shape and inspire organizational renewal in Finland and beyond. It showcases what renewal looks like in different organizations and in different fields and what does it requires from us people in our everyday behaviors.

Organizational renewal is at the heart of driving systemic change, and this podcast explores the human dynamics behind it, i.e. how leadership, creativity, and collaboration enable transitions toward better and more sustainable futures in organizations.

By sharing insights from experts in academia and industry, the podcast empowers leaders, teams, and individuals to rethink their approaches to change.
