Suzanne Innes-Stubb teaches a Master’s-level course on Ethics and Compliance at Aalto University. The course offers students practical insight into key ethics and compliance issues affecting multinational companies, including bribery and corruption, fraud, harassment, discrimination, competition law, sanctions, and human rights. It also explores how ethics and compliance functions are organized and managed within companies—covering risk assessments, internal investigations, and the integration of sustainability requirements into corporate governance, particularly within the European regulatory context. Her research interests include business ethics, corporate compliance, corporate culture, the social and governance dimensions of ESG, and the implementation of human rights obligations by companies, including supply chain due diligence.
