Katja Tikka is a legal historian whose research interests range from urban and social history to the history of mobility and extreme necessity. Her research focuses on the period from the early modern era to the post-World War II period. In addition to academic articles, Tikka has also published popular non-fiction.
In this project, she examines the history of building legislation from the perspective of the circular economy.
