Preparing curricula 2026–2028: update descriptions and give your preferences for times and locations by the end of January
The teacher responsible for each course updates or writes the description of the study unit and study unit implementations for the next curriculum period, meaning academic years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Updating the descriptions carefully now minimizes needs for changes during the curriculum period. Therefore, it is advisable to reserve sufficient time for the work. At the same time, the teachers responsible give prefences for time and location reservations as well as other needs, e.g. for equipments needed in the lecture hall, for the academic year 2026-2027. Teachers responsible update the information on study units and study unit implementations in the Curriculum Planner service.
Preparing curricula 2026–2028: Plan the study offering by the end of November
Planning the offering of teaching in the coming academic years is topical in departments and in programmes. This means updating the selection of courses as well as selection of majors and minors. Also the significant changes both in courses and their implementations as well as in majors and minors are planned during autumn. It is important that all teachers responsible for a course, major and/or minor participate in the planning.
