Research Integrity Barometer charts experiences of research misconduct, the scope and effectivity of research-ethical guidelines and training, and values and ethics. The survey is aimed at research and teaching staff.
Outlook has more meeting rooms available for booking
We have added more meeting rooms into Outlook. This enables easy room booking when sending a meeting request.
Charge card to ease travel expense processing
Applying for a charge card will be faster and easier from January 1, 2019 onwards. Aalto Univer-sity will start using a new Nintex/Sharepoint-based card application tool, and at the same time simplifying the charge card application and approval process.
Changes in accessing Ellibs e-books
Starting 3rd December, reading and downloading Ellibs e-books require Haka login with Aalto University username and password.
New Booking.aalto.fi user interface to be launched on 28 November 2018
We are publishing a new user interface for booking.aalto.fi on 28 November 2018. The user interface will be accessible from booking.aalto.fi from the launch date onwards.
From GDPR compliance to accountability
Aalto’s GDPR projects have produced documentation of 205 information systems to ensure compliance with the regulation. To stay compliant, we’re extending Aalto’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) to cover whole Aalto and the information systems documented in these GDPR projects.
