Key problems regarding equality have been recognized - A pilot to promote solutions

As a result of Aalto participating in the Equal career paths (NOW!) project, Learning Services are piloting a service concept where students share their experiences on e.g. working in teams and teachers get to walk in the students' shoes. The expected outcome is that the participants become more aware of their unconscious biases, learn how their behavior affects other people, and ideate on how the experiences of the students in (gender) minority can be better acknowledged in teaching.
