The platform is led by , Executive-in-Residence, Aalto University. He has since 2000 had diverse roles in the global technology industries (IT, EE, and mechanical) and in collaboration with them, as well as in investments. He worked in executive positions since 2008. In academia, he has worked at several U.S., British, and Finnish universities, and his previous key positions were Director, Aalto Health Factory (2014–2015); Professor of Software Product Development at the University of Turku (resigned chair in 2010 during leave); and Research Director at Helsinki University of Technology (2005).
