Leadership Support Services (LSS) provides services concerning strategic leadership, leadership information requirements, quality assurance, operating environment analysis, societal relations, international partnerships, and executive assistant support for the university management, schools and departments.

IT services
At Aalto University IT Services, we oversee the entire lifecycle of IT solutions, infrastructure and related operations management, as well as end-user services and user experience. We are responsible for planning and implementing digital transformation together with our internal and external partners and support the University's goal to be a pioneer in digitalisation in learning, teaching and research.
Aalto University Campus & Real Estate - ACRE
Aalto University Campus & Real Estate (ACRE) maintains, develops and rents out Aalto University facilities in Otaniemi and Töölö. We also build new concepts and shared facilities for parties outside the university, thus turning Otaniemi into a unique partnership centre and the most inspiring campus in the world.

Technical Support Services (TSS)
Experimental research, participatory teaching and art and creative practices involving multiple technology applications play a key role in the activities of the university. Technical support is responsible for maintaining the university’s infrastructures, equipment and premises for research, art and creative practices, and other tasks requiring technical knowledge and skill, such as providing support for teaching in student laboratories and workshops.
The technical staff in the School of Chemical Engineering supports research and education.
The School of Science Technical Services support research and teaching.
At the School of Arts, Design and Architecture, hands-on learning is essential. Our students have access to one of the finest workshop environment in the world, with a very high workshop to student ratio.

Management
The executive bodies of the university are the Board (AUFB), the President, and the University Academic Affairs Committee (AAC). The President's Management Team (PMT) coordinates the daily work at the university and the preparation of pre-decision motions. The Aalto Management Team (AMT) furthers transparency and open dialogue in decision-making regarding university development.
