The SCI HR team supports the School of Science, its departments and units, in all HR-related matters. Here you can find the contact information for HR services.

For questions about salary, payslips, or your tax card, you can contact the payroll office directly at payroll@aalto.fi.
Medical certificates can be sent directly to sickleaves@aalto.fi.
HR Services use the eSupport ticketing system. In the reply, you will receive a confirmation that your service request has been created. If you wish to add information, please continue the same thread by replying to the message you received (the ticket ID must remain in the subject line).
